WSOP Packages

It's that time of year. Nearly every online poker room is offering some type of WSOP package. As usual, the larger rooms such as Full Tilt and PokerStars have put up a large offering of seats. Both Stars and Tilt offer a native Mac download version of their software so even those who play poker on a Mac are able to get in on the action. FullTilt and Poker Stars are also US friendly.

When does the leaderboard start/finish?

Starts: 00:01 (GMT) Thursday 23rd April 2009.
Ends: 23:59 (GMT) Sunday 24th May 2009.

How do I Qualify?
The leaderboard is based on Frequent Player Points (FPPs). You will be ranked against other InterPoker players and will win the prize offered based on your finishing place.

We’re only basing this on FPPs ‘earned’ so don’t worry if you use your FPPs to buy into any tournaments. You won’t lose them in our leaderboard!

What's On Offer?
The higher up the leaderboard you finish, the bigger the package! The following packages are up for grabs:

* 1st - $12,500 Super Package
* 2nd - $7,500 Premium Package
* 3rd - $5,000 Gold Package
* 4th – 5th - $3,000 Silver Package
* 6th – 10th - $2,500 Standard Package
* 11th – 50th will play for 2 standard Packages and $1500 cash in an exclusive tournament.
